Privacy

Privacy-first is not decoration. It is the product architecture.

MailDock is intentionally boring from a data perspective. It operates in the Gmail tab, reads what the page already rendered, and avoids account-level email access.

No Gmail API reading scope

MailDock does not request broad OAuth permission to read your mailbox or silently process unseen email.

Local Gmail page workflows

Tools scan the current visible Gmail page or open thread locally in your browser.

License validation only

Remote calls are limited to license activation/validation and site operations. Email content stays local.

Policy summary

What MailDock does and does not do.

Does MailDock upload my email body?

No. Product features are designed to work locally from the rendered Gmail page.

Does MailDock use read pixels?

No. Send Tracker is not a read receipt. It tracks local workflow statuses and follow-up reminders.

Does MailDock delete mail through the Gmail API?

No. High-impact actions use Gmail’s visible controls and review steps rather than hidden API deletion.
