Offer your customers mail, today

Your customers keep asking for mail and you keep saying no, or reselling somebody’s per-seat plan at a margin you cannot defend. Provision this instead.

Provision it headlessly

An answers file and one command. No browser, no wizard, no human in the loop — the same result as the wizard, byte for byte, which is what makes it safe to automate.

A partner discount, with attribution

Your own code gives your customers a discount and tags the subscription with your slug, so what you brought is a query rather than a spreadsheet. That works now, with no reseller billing code on either side.

Operated by the customer, not by you

Each licence is one server, run by whoever owns it. You are not signing up to be the support desk for somebody else’s mail unless you want to be.

The reseller tier is on the roadmap, not in the box

Sub-accounts, per-tenant quotas, branding and delegated admin are v1.x. The schema already carries them. We would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.

The evidence

Not for you if

  • You need multi-tenancy in one install. That is the Provider tier and it does not exist yet.
  • You want us to bill your customers. We do not; the partner code is a discount and a tag, not a billing relationship.
  • You need a different look per customer on one server. Per-tenant branding is the Provider tier, on the roadmap; one server carries one brand from 0.11.0.
