Every client’s domain under one roof

You inherit a mail account with each client and you are still logging into six control panels. This is one console, one bill, and DMARC reports you can put in front of a client.

One console for every client

Domains, mailboxes, aliases and forwarders across all of them, with per-domain spam policy so the client who wants everything and the client who wants nothing can both be right.

Reports a client will read

DMARC aggregate reports arrive as XML nobody opens. Here they are ingested and shown as who is sending as your client, what passed and what did not — which is the conversation you actually want to have about their domain.

Get them off the old panel

Migration connectors for cPanel, Plesk, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with the delta synced after the MX change. Nothing is written to the source, so a failed migration cannot have damaged a client’s old mail.

AI on your own key

Compose assist and summaries through a provider you already pay, or a local model. Nothing goes to a MailDock service, because there is not one.

The evidence

Not for you if

  • You need a different look per client on one server. From 0.11.0 a server carries your name, logo and accent colour on the console and webmail (the browser tab still says MailDock); per-tenant branding is the Provider tier, on the roadmap.
  • You want to bill clients through us. Partner codes give a discount and attribution today; reseller billing does not exist yet.
  • You send campaigns. Campaign tooling is not built (it is on the roadmap, after 1.0), and unsolicited bulk mail is against the terms.
