Offer your customers mail, now

Not a programme that starts when the reseller tier ships. A discount code, attribution and headless provisioning, all of which exist today.

What you get today

Your own discount code

A promotion code that belongs to you. Your customers get a discount at checkout, and the subscription is tagged with your slug — so what you brought is a query rather than a spreadsheet.

Headless provisioning

An answers file and one command, with no browser and no human in the loop. The result is byte-for-byte what the wizard produces, which is what makes it safe to put in a provisioning script.

Documentation you can point at

The install guide, the DNS records, the migration pages — all public, all versioned to the release your customer can actually install. Nothing behind a login you would have to proxy.

The customer owns the licence

Each licence is one server, held by whoever runs it. You are not signing up to be the support desk for somebody else’s mail — unless you want to be, which several partners will.

Not yet, and said so

The worst outcome here is a partner who builds against something that does not exist because a page implied it did.

  • Sub-accounts and multi-tenancy. One licence is one server. Running many customers inside one install is the Provider tier.
  • White-label. Your branding in front of your customers is the Provider tier too.
  • Reseller billing. We do not bill your customers for you, and you do not bill them for us. The partner code is a discount and a tag, not a billing relationship.
  • Volume pricing. There is a partner discount; there is not yet a tier that gets cheaper at fifty servers. Ask, and it becomes a conversation rather than a page.

Talk to us

A partner code takes about ten minutes to set up once we have spoken.

A guess is fine. It changes what we can sensibly offer, not whether we reply.

We use this to reply and to work out whether we can help each other. It is not a mailing list.

Try it first

Provision one for yourself before you offer it to anybody; a first licence has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
