Refund Policy

A 30-day money-back guarantee on a first annual licence.

30 days on a first annual licence

If you are charged for your first annual licence and it is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. No conditions about how much you used it.

To ask, use the contact form with the email address on the account.

What is not refunded

  • Renewals. After the first year, a renewal is not refundable — cancel before it to avoid it. We will always tell you before a renewal.
  • Partial periods. Cancelling mid-term stops the next renewal; it does not refund the remainder of the period you are in. Your licence keeps working until the end of it.
  • Anything you paid a third party. Your VPS, your domain, your AI provider. We never receive that money and cannot return it.

How a refund is made

To the original payment method, through Stripe, normally within five business days of us agreeing it. Your bank may take longer to show it.

What happens to the software

A refunded licence is terminated, and the instance then follows the schedule of a lapsed licence (Terms of Service, section 6): after the usual 30-day grace period it switches off extras in stages. Incoming mail keeps flowing — receiving, IMAP, POP3 and webmail all continue at every stage. We will not delete anything or lock you out of your own mail, and you should migrate away at whatever pace suits you.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces any right you have under the law that applies to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
