Running your own mail server is easy. Having the mail arrive is the work — so the product does that work rather than documenting it.
The records, generated and watched
Every domain you add gets its records generated ready to paste: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and the reverse-DNS and autoconfig entries that go with them. They are then verified live, and you are told when one changes underneath you — which is how a working domain quietly stops working.

The reports, read for you
DMARC aggregate reports arrive as XML in a mailbox nobody opens. Here they are ingested and shown as a dashboard: who is sending as you, what passed, what did not. TLS-RPT is parsed the same way and alerts rather than accumulating.

When something goes wrong
The delivery log records every message and classifies the failures — a policy refusal reads differently from a reputation one, and a throttle is neither. The mail queue is inspectable from the console, so a stuck message is a page rather than an SSH session.
